14. Venue Fees and Guest Behavior

Venue Fees: Cultivate may cover the cost of venue reservation fees, but the venue, its facilities, and any third-party vendors providing services are not under our direct control. By attending an event, you acknowledge and agree that any issues or disputes with the venue or third-party vendors will be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Guest Conduct: Cultivate strives to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. Any guest who engages in destructive behavior, including but not limited to damaging property, being disruptive, using offensive language, or engaging in disrespectful actions toward others, will be asked to leave the event immediately. Guests who are asked to leave must vacate the venue without delay. If guest are involved in any behavior listed above, they may be banned from booking future tickets and attending events. Additionally, all associated social media accounts will be blocked. Let's keep the community safe and respectful for everyone.

Damages: If a guest is found to be responsible for any damages to the venue or property, whether intentional or accidental, the guest will be held financially liable for the cost of repairs or replacement. This includes, but is not limited to, physical damage to venue furniture, fixtures, or equipment, as well as damage to any other property associated with the event.
Cultivate reserves the right to pursue any legal means necessary to recover costs related to damages caused by a guest's behavior, including seeking reimbursement for repair or replacement fees. Additionally, any guest who violates these terms may be prohibited from attending future events hosted by Cultivate.
