Refund Policy for Cultivate Events

At Cultivate, we strive to create memorable and meaningful experiences for our community. We ask that all guests be intentional when purchasing tickets to our events, as we do not typically issue refunds. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we are committed to working with our guests in certain situations.

Refund Requests:

  • Refunds will only be considered if a request is made within 72 hours of ticket purchase.

  • To request a refund, guests must reach out to us via email at Cultivate.events.cr@gmail.com.

  • Refunds will only be approved if the situation is deemed serious and reasonable justification is provided for the request.

Approval Process:

  • Our staff will review the refund request and respond to the guest within 24 business hours.

  • Please note that the decision to issue a refund is at the discretion of the Cultivate team.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are generally not issued as we want guests to be intentional and committed when purchasing tickets for our events.

  • Requests made after 72 hours will not be considered for a refund.
